Legal trouble seems to be mounting for Lock-Up contestant Poonam Pandey! As per the latest reports, a chargesheet has been filed against her and her ex-husband Sam Bombay by the Goa Police. The chargesheet, which was filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Canacona, stated that Poonam along with her former husband indulged in a nude photo shoot at Chapoli Dam in 2020. Back then, people raised an objection against Poonam’s nude shoot in the public and complained against her.
Reportedly, this incident took place in 2020 when Poonam Pandey and her former husband Sam Bombay were holidaying in Canacona, Goa. They both got involved in a nude photoshoot and a video of the same went viral on social media. Praveen Gavas, Cancona police station inspector informed PTI that the charge sheet was filed last week before Cancona Judicial Magistrate First Class under various sections related to obscenity, unauthorized entry, and transmission of obscene videos. In November 2020, a case was registered against Poonam Pandey and Sam for allegedly shooting obscene videos on Chapoli Dam and circulating it on social media. Reportedly, both Poonam and Sam were arrested by the police in 2020. However, they were later released on bail.
For the unversed, Poonam and Sam Bombay got married in a private ceremony in 2020, but they got separated in 2021. In 2020, Poonam filed a complaint against Sam for assaulting, molesting, and threatening her, just two weeks after their wedding. Sam was arrested in Goa but later was released on bail. In fact, last year too Sam Bombay was arrested by the Mumbai police after Poonam accused him of physical assault.
